We took our first night hike a few weekends ago at Kahola Lake. Despite the long socks and bug spray I still managed to get some chiggers. We don't anticipate much night hiking while in Spain, though we may start some days before sunrise.
Ah, the cool of the evening? Headlamp - great idea. :-)
